• It does not need a USB receiver as it has Bluetooth functionality already.

• it connects to my wireless bluetooth head phones so i don't see why you would need a usb receiver. this is on hp's website. Intel® Wireless-AC 7265 802.11ac (2x2) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 Combo
