• Thank you for your question. This HP 15-fc0025dx laptop does not include an optical (DVD) drive, although you can connect an external USB CD/DVD drive. Windows 11 does not come with the classic Windows Movie Maker. However, you can still use a similar tool called Microsoft Clipchamp, which is included in Windows 11. Microsoft Clipchamp offers video editing features that can help you create and edit videos.

• Amending my prior answer: I forgot that this computer runs Windows 11. Windows 11 has a new built-invideo editor built-in, called Clipchamp (which was a free app on Windows 10). I haven't tried it myself (yet), so can't give any more information.
