Thank you for the question, apologies for what you're experiencing. There are several reasons why your laptop might keep disconnecting from Wi-Fi (weak signal, obstructions between laptop and router, network interference from electronic devices like microwaves, cordless phones, or neighboring Wi-Fi networks). Are you using on battery power? Windows may turn off the Wi-Fi adapter to save battery life. You can disable this setting in Device Manager under your Wi-Fi adapter’s properties. Be sure all firmware and drivers are up to date. Try restarting your router. If the issue persists after checking the above, please reach out to HP Support for assistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
