The HP - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB Memory - 512GB SDD - Natural Silver has 8 GB LPDDR5-5500 MHz RAM (onboard). The onboard memory cannot be upgraded as it is built onto the system board. There are no additional RAM slots.

Please try again later.If you open up a laptop with LPDDR memory (which is what this has), you will see that not only are there NO RAM slots whatsoever, but that you probably won't even find something that LOOKS like a typical module. If you can find it at all (it might be labelled "LPDDR"), it will likely just be a black square. It is soldered to the board, like any other part (CPU, for example). So if you had the skills, and tools, to remove it, you would still have to actually FIND a similar module and it would have to work with the motherboard, which it probably won't, because the motherboards are generally already loaded with the maximum RAM.
