• Hello Lin, and thank you for your question! The HP 15.6" Laptop Model 15-fc0025dx comes with Windows 11 in S-Mode. While in S-Mode, you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store. You can switch out of S-Mode to Windows 11 Home or Pro to download apps from the internet, like Cricut Design Space and Canva. We do recommend looking at the system requirements of the other graphic design apps you intend to use.
