If you looked in the Specifications section, you would see that the RAM form factor is LPDDR5. This type of memory is ALWAYS soldered into the motherboard, and can therefore not be removed, or at least, not by anyone but the most knowledgeable.

While it is in a single memory slot, the computer may not recognize more than 8 GB RAM. The RAM is not user accessable and requires a trained technician to perform the RAM upgrade, if the BIOS can recognize more than 8 GB.
