Hello. Thanks for your question. We apologize for the confusion. This HP Laptop 15-dy5033dx comes with Windows 11 Home in S mode. You would need to switch out of the S Mode. It is free and easy to do. Here are some instructions: https://bit.ly/3okv4Mj

First of all, don't you wish Support were better instructed in how to perform their job?
S Mode can be found in both Windows Home and Pro. so there is no difference between "S" and "Home;" they different adjectives, like "black" and "small," completely independent of each other. If it says S Mode, that is what you get, although there is a simple way to remove that restriction (Google it or find it on the Microsoft website).
