Can I switch back to windows 10? null

Although I'm sure you could, not sure why you'd want to do that. The trade off would be a loss in my opinion.

Thank you for the question. If you prefer Windows 10 to Windows 11 installed on this laptop, you can do a "clean install" of Windows 10, but you will lose some of the features inherent to Windows 11. Directions are available on the Microsoft site.

Everything HP says is correct. Wanted to add that you would also be losing the increased security Win 11 features, and that may prove a liability.
