Hi Ray, thank you for the question. You will be guided through the setup once you connect and power on the laptop. A Quick Start Guide is included with support information including the phone number and online chat functions. This HP support is available free for 90 days while you get used to your new computer. HP includes a one-year warranty in the unlikely event of workmanship or component failures. Best Buy's return policy states that returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, although there is an extended period during the holidays. Please contact Best Buy directly for details.
