Why do the sound do even be loud when it is on 100? null

If you mean that the sound is NOT loud, even at full maximum settings, it is because, like all laptops, there are two tiny speakers not much larger than earphones producing the sound. If you attach earphones or powered speakers you can get enough sound to go deaf, if that's what you want.
