This laptop has the Windows 10 S Mode operating system which only allows downloads from the Windows App Store. Turbo Tax Deluxe is not in the App Store, therefore you would need to take this laptop out of S Mode which it will then revert to Windows 10 Home and at that point you can download the Turbo Tax software. No Office software is needed.
