- Answer yes, it had 2 slots come with 8gb and 4gb in the 2nd slot replace the 4 gig with a matching 8gig, total 16

- Answer No. You can get a subscription to Microsoft 360 for $6.99 a month or $69.99 a year which includes the entire suite. A gmail account can get you similiar products at no cost. Google has added hundreds of add-ons for your gmail account; Google Docs for word processing and Google Sheets. The list goes on an on there! In the upper right hand corner of your gmail account look for the nine dots in rows of three. Click on that.

- Answer Really, every HP printer is going to be compatible with this laptop. The important thing is to get a printer that matches up with what you're going to be printing, and how much printing you do.

- Answer Actually, it's both. The images are created on an LCD display. But an LCD needs a backlight, which on this computer is provided by an LED.

- Answer I'm not seeing the screws listed separately. However, HP Part L63617-001 is a kit that has all the screws for that laptop, including the ones for the back panel.

- Answer Thank you for the question. RAM can be increased up to 64GB total (32GB per slot). Yes, you can switch out the SSD for one of more capacity.

- Answer Playing back should be fine. Editing not so much. Also, screen res is 1366x768 which imho wont give justice to your gopro's 4k res.

You have 14 days to try the device for yourself and see if it meets your desired needs. If you find it does not you can exchange or return the laptop within that time period.
