Depends on the game. Onboard graphics are OK for basic video performance and entry gaming. The big thing is that the graphics processing shares processing power and memory with the system. Fast-pased, high frame rate games will look and perform better on a system with discrete graphics. From the description "Intel® UHD Graphics 620 On-processor graphics with shared video memory provide everyday image quality for Internet use, basic photo editing and casual gaming." The keywords for you are: "everyday image quality" and "casual gaming." I would NOT recommend this for use as a gaming system. I have 20+ years experience as an IT professional.

Currently PC gaming is on the rise and integrated graphics cannot run the latest titles (Fortnite is currently very popular). You may be able to run some games on lower graphics settings but the experience would be poor. You likely will want a model with atleast a GPU like a 1050 or 1060/RX 580. If possible look for a Desktop like the Pavilion Gaming models. These provide the ability to upgrade as well as more performance per dollar, a Laptop i5 is not the same as a Desktop i5.
