I am still learning to use my new computer. So far I have had few problems. It took awhile to connect my current email but I finally was successful . The screen is bright and clear ant is easy to use the touchscreen feature.

I have no complaints about this one. I bought 3 different laptops this holiday season and was not happy with any of them until I happened upon this one. The 15.6 inch screen doesn't feel much smaller than my former 17 inch laptop, the HD screen is great and the touchscreen works perfectly (even though that wasn't a feature I really cared to get). But the battery life is great, it streams video on multiple tabs with absolutely no problem, the speakers are on top so there's good sound, and the touchpad is accurate and moves nicely. And that was one of my biggest problems with the other laptops I've had, the touchpad not responding appropriately. This one is perfect. I'd definitely recommend this laptop.

If you missed this on sale maybe it will be back. This is a great mid level laptop that has everything and more that I was looking for. Processor and memory are good and with cloud storage and portable drives the solid state drive is fast and quiet with more than enough space for now. Unexpected bonus's were the display and touch screen function along with an optical drive that a number of laptops do not offer anymore. It is very light and the battery life has been very good. Purchased as a door buster deal so comparing all the machines being sold across the spectrum this had the most bang for buck. Thank you Best Buy!

This is a late review but I just wanted to let people know that it has been a valuable piece of equipment for the past 2 yrs. I use it for college and I now need more memory. When I bought this laptop I had no idea about memory but I will either add an additional drive or purchase an external storage drive. The laptop itself has been wonderful. It does what it says. The keys are very sensitive and touchy. This is a lightweight model and is easy to carry around campus. Ideal for a college student. I love the Touch feature.

Gave this to my wife for Christmas and she is loving it. The SSD is a major order of magnitude improvement in speed booting up ad operating. Highly recommend it

The touch screen is easy to use and the battery lasts longer than most laptops. The other brands do not compare to this one, it is much faster.

Bought it on a flash sale. This laptop does a fantastic job doing anything you need for basic functions. It will not handle high end gaming or editing work, but it has a small solid state drive for quick startup and fast Windows navigation. The graphics aren't anything to write home about. Major pros: low cost SSD (fast) Touch screen Major cons: Resolution is poor SSD is small (easily solved with an SD card) Graphics can't handle high end content

My husband gave me my HP-Touch-Screen Laptop for Christmas. I absolutely love it!!! It is so much nicer than my last Toshiba Laptop. I love the new Natural Silver, Ash Silver color as a change from the regular black color. It turns on fast and works great. I also love the fact that it has a Touch Screen. Great value for the money.

Nice thing working very nice and price is in range

This unit has been sitting in the box for months as I have been waiting for my old system to fail. Now that I have started it up I think it should have backlit keyboard and a couple of other options that would make it a better system. I am already pushing the envelope on storage in the unit. Price point was good but you do get what you pay for. My Bad.

My previous laptop when I first got it would last about two hours and slowly degrade to one hour. I replaced the battery and had the same problem. So far, I've been having about four to six hours between charges. I like the lighter weight, but I somewhat do miss the 17" screen of my last unit.

I love this laptop. I don't do a whole lot on it, it's just for "fun" but it serves its purpose well with what I need it for. I love the touch screen, you can operate it both ways, the touch pad and touch screen. Makes a person even lazier! I use it for saving documents or pictures, email, on line shopping, searching the internet, that sort of thing. Seems to hold a charge for quite a while when removed from charger. Really didn't want a laptop that was this expensive but other cheaper ones, I was told, were more for gaming and watching videos or streaming movies and such and this one would last a lot longer than those. Hopefully that will prove true, if so then it will be worth the extra money. I have only had it for about a month though.

Got this as a present for a young student. Couldn't beat the specs for the price. Not sure how it'll fare long term, but with an 8th gen i5, an SSD, 8GB RAM and touch, it's sure to be around for a long time.

This computer was a great price for what it offered. I am just now beginning to use it and the keyboard is certainly taking some getting used to but I am confident this computer will meet the needs that I had. It would not have enough storage for people who save pictures

Laptop met all of our needs regarding speed, storage capacity and screen capabilities. The unit is light weight and small enough to travel with and large enough to see screen details. Only issue found was that he power plug inserted does not illuminate an LED to indicate the power cord is in place and charging the battery.

This laptop works great and has a very slick and stylish look. It is very fast and an added bonus is the touch screen. It's the perfect laptop for someone looking for a new and reliable laptop.

Bought on 21st day of door busters as a Christmas present for my wife. Easy set up. No issues so far. Meets her needs. She loves the touchscreen.

I like it a lot. Very fast. I keep forgetting it has a touch screen so it surprises me when it moves when I touch it randomly. I would say this was an excellent purchase.

I got this computer for school work, excited to start online classes so I can get real use out of it. So far seems to be a good computer, works fast, and the touch screen is convenient.
