I would definitely recommend this computer. It has great graphics, lots of space to download games or what ever you need and the speed it good.

It was so easy to set up. It talks you through the whole set up. The only thing I could not set up was my email. That’s probably user error.

Easy transition from the PC that has been used for the past several years. Great screen resolution great performance. Overall very happy.

I didn't do my homework but am happy with the computer overall. I am concerned about the 128GB memory and solid state drive. I don't use cloud storage but have added external memory for photos etc.

Purchased as open box with no manuals, just the laptop and adapter. Works great no issues, manuals were on line and saved over $300.

Ordered in store and delivered in 2 days. Very easy to get started. Had no problems withsetup whatsoever. Air orinyer was easy to sync.

Had been looking at purchasing a laptop for about 6 months. After reviewing, information seeking and watching adds, I knew what i was looking for. As soon as I saw this laptop drop in price for the holidays, knew I had my laptop. As a bonus, it comes with a 30 day security & an office package, with option to purchase for a fraction of the store price. I was happy to see the price on this laptop drop 20 days after my purchase, and the additional discount was refunded to me when i went back to the store with my receipt!

I have found the PC easy to use . It is just the right product for someone who uses the computer for emails and internet searches.

Purchased two; one for Wife and one for Daughter - both VERY happy to have a MUCH faster processor and touch screen! Great value...

This is a nice laptop for the price. I speed is good and it does what I need. The display is not as sharp as other. If you plan on spending time on this it way strain your eyes a bit.

Works great, older I/O ports if you prefer, touchscreen is great. Also like the numeric keypad and the large easy to read screen.

It is large enough to easily see everything but very light weight making it comfortable to handle. quick set up and easy to use.

This computer met every one of my expectations. I have had various brands of computers and HP has been one of my first choices. I previously owned a Samsung computer but after 10 years, it's shelf life came due. I had great help in determining the right computer for my needs and the salesman (Phoenix) takes his job to heart. He went over and above to make sure everything was what I wanted and answered all my questions. In short, Best Buy is the first stop I would make for buying a computer.

I bought it for my son for christmas whose in college. He likes it because of the touch screen and it’s slim not heavy

this was a doorbuster deal in the mid $400. quick startup, solid performance and ability to add an SD card for more storage.

I bought this one for my wife for Christmas and she loves it. It is very user friendly and the touch screen is not overly sensitive like some other touch screen laptops.
