Does it have backlit keyboard null

NO. This laptop does NOT have a backlit keyboard. I confirmed that it doesn't... after I bought it. Customer service also said that it does not... that the website is wrong... so the mystery is solved. I returned it and they refunded my money without question. I still LOVE Bestbuy! I am disappointed that the specs on this laptop were incorrect. I wanted a laptop with a DVD player and there are not very many options on the market right now... I wanted one with a DVD player and backlit keyboard and a few other specifics. This one met every one of my requirements... EXCEPT for One... No Backlit Keyboard. I wanted to buy at Bestbuy... but they did not have one so I went to another store and found one there. I'm happy now!

It's insane that after 5 months Best Buy is still advertising this as having a backlit keyboard. One of the things important that our daughter needed. She researched for many, many hours to find the things she was looking for. Finally decided on this one and spent almost $900 on a laptop, after waiting for it to arrive, driving 60 miles to pick it up. Taking the time to set it up. She finds out that Best Buy was false in it's advertising the backlit keyboard. Yes, they will take it back. But they won't refund her time, gas, and frustration at thinking she could start her classes, and having to wait again.

Yes, it has a backlit keyboard. You have to click F5 and it will light up.

Ok so if you look at the specifications under "features" you can see that it has Backlit keyboard so the person who answered "NO" maybe does not know the keyboard lights up or does not know how to make it light up but if in doubt I would call Best buy and ask them. but according to the specs YES the keyboard LIGHTS UP.
