• Thank you for your question about this HP laptop! The memory on this is LPDDR, which is soldered to the board, so that is not upgradable. HP has not released the maintenance and service guide for this laptop, which means that the SSD is not upgradable. HP sells models that have more memory and larger storage capacities in Best Buy stores.
