Hi, and thanks for asking the question. If you're talking about the Google web browser, it's not included, but it's really simple to download it. If you're talking about the Google operating system, that is quite a bit more difficult to download and install.

You need to exit S mode for the former, but you can use any browser, even Edge, to access the Google service. The fast and easy way is to type the words "google.com" in the URL field, followed by hitting the "Enter" key. You would have to do this every time, unless you keep a tab open just for this purpose. The other, more involved way you only have to do once, but it involves changing your default search. Specific steps depend on the particular browser you are using, but just use whatever is your present default search engine and search out "how to set google as my default search engine on [insert name of browser here]."

Also, I have experimented with downloading and installing the Google Chrome operating system, and while it certainly isn't the easiest thing in the world to do, the main obstacles are that it takes a number of steps, which must be followed exactly, and when you are finished, you still have to learn how to use it. But it wasn't even close to impossible to manage.
