• It "runs off of" the operating system. For wireless connectivity, you need a WiFi of Bluetooth connection, or possibly a proprietary radio connection, as is available with some mice and keyboards. If you require a direct cellular connection, your laptop would need to have a SIM card slot (or similar e-SIM). Type "laptops with SIM card slots" in Best Buy's search field, or consult your wireless provider.

• Hello Christian and thank you for your question. This HP 17-cp3005dx laptop can connect to the internet through your internet provider via WiFi or you could use a hotspot or your cellphone's hotspot data to connect via the internet.
