If the program download isn't available from the Microsoft Store, you can download from the internet. Note that you will need to take Windows 11S out of the (S) Safe mode if the program isn't installed through the Microsoft Store. Once you take Windows out of Safe (S) mode you can NOT put it back into Safe mode.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The other answers are MOSTLY correct. However, you CAN return the computer to S Mode. There are two ways: perform a complete reset (which totally wipes the hard drive), or edit the Registry (which requires some care, knowledge, and experience).
