• Yes you can operate keyboard. No you don’t have to use touch screen. Touchscreen is an Option and you can use it interchangeably. Touch the screen to enlarge it and use keyboard to type message and use touchscreen to close window. You can use them together or only one at a time or only one ever. You decide.
