Hi Anita, thank you for the question. Yes, you can connect a printer with a USB cable or wirelessly, your choice. You add more memory, however, the slots are not user accessible - you'll need a technician (Geek Squad) if you're not DYI friendly. The 17-by4633dx laptop comes with a free 30-day trial of Microsoft 365; after the trial you'll be invited to subscribe at a reasonable cost.
