- Answer Hi, thank you for the question. There is no disc drive on the HP 17-by3021dx laptop, however there is a DVD-Writer that will accept a CD if you have Turbo Tax on CD.

QuestionHi. I read that you can turn off the 'S' mode in windows, so it can then access and install apps from outside Microsoft, then?? Also, can the 's' mode be turned back on, after you turn it off? Thanks
