“Is this touchscreen? If so, will I be able to disable it whenever I’m using the stylus?”

• Yes, it's touchscreen. No need to disable it while using the stylus as that's how the stylus operates too...this has excellent "palm rejection", so you can rest your hand on it while writing with the stylus.
