No, it does not. I have downloaded the android app of Microsoft Word and it works great on this chromebook.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The computer (laptop/tablet) runs Chrome OS, not Microsoft Windows, as such, it doesn't support the windows version of Microsoft Word. There is an online version of Microsoft Word that you can use on any browser, including Google Chrome (which is installed on this computer). If you have a Microsoft account (which is free) you can use Microsoft Word Online, just sign in with your Microsoft account.
