Yes, but you must have an Office 365 subscription and have internet for your initial sign-in to use Office 365. Once you're signed in, you can use all of the Office 365 apps but they won't sync to your account until you have internet access again. Your files are still available on the Chromebook and you can switch between documents in the same app and between apps, but won't be available on another device until you connect to the internet for the files to sync.
