• Chromebooks will not run Office like a standard PC, you would have to use either the online version of Office or the Android Apps.

• This Chromebook will run Linux apps. I got OnlyOffice for Linux installed. This office suite is free for home use.

• Yes, you can download Microsoft office products, but they are limited.... I have had Word act a little funny with the formatting and Excel can't do macros. Not sure about powerpoint though.
