Video editing is limited on a Chromebook as doing a lot of video editing tends to require a more powerful processor than most Chromebooks are equipped with. And bountiful local storage is important for good performance when doing video editing and rendering. That said, one can do light editing of video clips, so the occasional editing task is doable, and will be getting better by late 2019 when GPU acceleration and full support for Audio is enabled in the Linux environment on a Chromebook. That will open up access to multiple video editing capabilities that don't exist on Chromebooks today.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We would not recommend using this Chromebook for editing in 4k.
