• Yes. I loaded the Crossover Windows emulator, and then loaded Office inside the emulator. Works great. Of course you need to have a licensed version of Office. Go to https://www.codeweavers.com/products/crossover-chromeos for details.

• Yes, you can use any apps from the Google Play store, including Minecraft and Roblox apps (but not the full Windows versions). And yes, you can use some versions of Microsoft Office. Chromebooks use Google equivalents such as Google Docs and Google Sheets, but are also capable of using the Google Play app versions of Microsoft Office programs or the full versions of Office 365.
