Zach, I totally agree. I'm sure BBY knows the situation because they do it quite often. They're only matching reviews by description; ideally, for more accuracy Best Buy should match reviews and Q&A by sku numbers.

I asked a question on here about when did this model come out and how long will we get updates for and didn't get an answer yet. Just did the deal last night for $399 and the free headphones. I am replacing an older Samsung Chromebook Plus. I hope this is a good one spec wise i know it's better but it was too good of a deal to pass up.
