“I like a keyboard light that can be adjusted to say on all the time. Is that possible with this unit? Ones that go off with a timer or when you stop typing leave a dark keyboard to return too. Makes no sense to me.”

Once you manually adjust the keyboard backlight, it should stay on until you restart the PC. To adjust the brightness locate the alt and the screen brightness adjustment buttons. Press and hold down on the alt key. Tap on either the screen brightness up or down buttons
