• There is a little switch on the left side of the chrome book to turn the camera on and off. Mine was off by default.

• Did you make sure the camera switch is on? It's on the right side of the computer, the side where you plug in your peripherals.

• It might be your zoom settings. My son has been using google meets with school and its been working fine.
