Hi Emily, thank you for the question. Yes, the 14B-CA0023DX has an HD display. You can enable Linux on the Chromebook to install Roblox Studio - tutorials are online. You might need to avail yourself of Cloud or external storage, though, as this Chromebook has just 64GB eMMC internal storage.
