“Since I bought this laptop I've had nothing but trouble with it. I've called the Geek Squad at least 4 times in less than a month and the computer is OK for about then it says there's a virus in it....again. I'm at my wits end. What should I do?????”

• I would recommend taking it to a real computer repair shop. Short of paying them, you can factory reset it yourself (you WILL lose your data, and it will be like the day you bought it) to get rid of any viruses. This is probably safest if you plan on using it with ANY sort of personal information.
