The HP docking station https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-thunderbolt-4-docking-station/6523277.p?skuId=6523277 would be an excellent choice for the Spectre. Unfortunately, the Chromebook's USB-C ports do not support sending video signals to a monitor, so there isn't going to be a dock that does what you want it to do with that laptop.
