Is the TV Compatible for Direct TV? null

This actually isn't a TV-it's a computer monitor. The monitor does not have an HDMI port, so you'd need a converter to go from the DVI port on the monitor to the HDMI port on the Direct TV box. And because this monitor does not have built in speakers, you'd need to rig up some other way to get the sound from your Direct TV signal. It's possible, but it would be much simpler to use an actual TV with an HDMI port.
