Thank you for the question. You can upload your data to One Drive, then download files to the new computer, or you can connect an external drive, load the files and then connect the drive to the new computer. You can also transfer data using a transfer cable connected to both units. Please note that the installed programs will not transfer. You will have to download and reinstall any software that you need.
