I believe so. If you have a VHS machine that uses RCA, you will need an adapter from RCA to HDMI. The Monitor here comes with an HDMI cable. If you purchase the RCA-HDMI converter, it needs to have a female HDMI connector for the male HDMI cable running from the Monitor. then you would plug the RCA lines into the adapter, and select the correct source to view. You can also use a RCA to VGA adapter as well
