• If your all-in-one supports it, then yes it will work. You would just plug in with an HDMI cable, then configure the display settings in windows.

• Hello, Matt. If your HP all in one computer has one HDMI out port, then you can use this HP monitor.

• Absolutely yes. Virtually all newer HP computers, including the All-in-ones, have at least on HDMI output, which would make it perfect for multi-screen displays.
