If your all-in-one supports it, then yes it will work. You would just plug in with an HDMI cable, then configure the display settings in windows.

Absolutely yes. Virtually all newer HP computers, including the All-in-ones, have at least on HDMI output, which would make it perfect for multi-screen displays.
