Thank you for your question. All current computers come with Windows 10. There is no option to downgrade to Windows 7, or any other version of Windows prior to Windows 10. It is also likely that if you did install Windows 7 on a newer machine that you would have issues with the hardware not working properly since it was never designed to be used with the older Operating System.
