What does it mean all in one. Where is the tower null

An all-in-one means that the computer (the "tower") is actually build into the back of the monitor.

Can the all in one be mounted to the wall or a desk

Tower and Monitor all in one machine. That is what it means by "All-In-One (AIO)".
