Yes, this All-In-One computer does have a built-in webcam. It does not have an optical (CD) drive.

Hello, there is no optical drive built into this all in one but one can easily be attached to an open USB port externally. There is not an SD port available for viewing your SD card however you can add an external card reader tor you can connect your camera via an open USB port, or other compatible port, as well.
