No this does not come with Microsoft 365 (Office) Windows 10 home 64 bit is pre-installed. The processor in this model can not be upgraded. Memory can be upgraded as follows: Memory upgrade information Dual channel memory architecture Two DDR4 SODIMM (260-pin) sockets Supports up to PC4-19200 (DDR4-2400) Supports 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB DDR4 SODIMMs Supports up to 16 GB (unbuffered) with two 8 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems NOTE: Maximum memory shown reflects the capability of the hardware and can be limited further in the operating system. The existing 256GB SSD can be removed and replaced with a larger capacity module. It may be more practical to buy a model with the specs you want at the initial buy.
