I'm always thrilled to find open box deals. I always make it a point to ask if any items are available open. We've made quite a few open box items including our Sony TV and other computers. We have yet to be disappointed. I really don't remember the specifics of the guarantee, but I always feel comfortable purchasing from Best Buy.
