“Purchased on 2022. All of a sudden the computer will not turn on. I tried a new power chord and new outlet and nothing. It acts like it is not receiving any power. What could be the issue? Is this a known issue with this computer?”

It’s junk the same thing happened to my computer I purchased the same computer from Best Buy in 2022. Same situation happened to my computer. They should recall this year and replace it for customers..
