“Can it be used on a Dell inspiron 15 PC as a second monitor? My 2 year old PC' s attached Monitor is too small for everyday use. Instead of buying a new computer I am thinking of attaching a bigger Monitor. But I need to know whether they are compatible .”

I am sure it could. The best thing about this monitor is the 3 different type connections, HDMI, VGA and HDMI.
