When building your setup, it is typically better to purchase a monitor and separate webcam. By doing this, you get the size and resolution you require for the monitor and a webcam that suits your needs (wider view or not, higher resolution or not, etc). Also, you can easily replace the monitor or webcam if an upgrade or change is needed.
