• Short answer: Yes. Long answer: You don't need a monitor with this refresh rate for a console. Consoles generally push out 60 frames a second max. You could save a bunch of money by getting a larger monitor with a fancier panel and a lower refresh rate like 75hz. You'll be getting a better image and the same fps for a lower price. Now if you use this alongside a PC, that's an entirely different story....
