“Was wondering why this monitor can't get 120 hz on xbox series X since similar hdmi 2.0 monitors my friends have work to get at least the 120 hz option on theirs. I tried going through support and it left me at a fee to use the support.”

Thanks for your question. I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support to inquire about 120Hz capability on the xbox x. This monitor will display 1080 content at up to 144hz.
