Q: QuestionWhy won’t this monitor run 120hz while i’m playing on my ps5?

• A:Answer The manual that I found online lists various display modes. None of these are 120 Hz. They are all 50, 60, or 70 Hz plus one at 144 Hz. The manual does say that it is possible to enter user defined modes from the front panel but does not say how. As an additional note, I have found that it appears that 144 Hz. is only supported with a Displayport connection but that cable is not included with the monitor.

• A:Answer There is a "power save" mode (just about every monitor has it). However, you can either wake the monitor up by something like moving your mouse, or you can go into the monitor configuration or you can go into the monitor settings and turn that feature off.

Q: QuestionAnyone have this issue? I just bought this 144 hz monitor and also a Displayport cable. I ran Benchmark 3 times to see my FPS and it hovers around 47 - 53 fps. I play a game and I get 144 fps. I don't know why Benchmark is so low. Thank you
